World Player

Five years ago, the raids into our world started. Doorways to different dimensions, filled with nightmarish aliens trying to breach into our reality. In response, the System created the Players, humans with the newfound ability to fight back against the Invaders. Whether you're a lowly F rank, trying to make ends meet, a B Rank trying to pay off your debts, or a globally known S+ rank saving the world, it's time enter the raids and fight for your world.

World Player is inspired by the many comics featuring rankers, players and hunters. It also draws inspiration from soulslike video games and survival rpgs for its style of combat.

It uses systems inspired by Daniel Bayn's Wushu system as well as map mechanics from Into the Odd by Chris McDowall. Includes 4 short stories about important Players within the setting!
